Billie helps you see and understand what's in your own public legal record through a Legal Wellness Score. Billie is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. When something requires legal expertise, we connect you with a vetted, independent attorney — Billie is never the one giving that advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Billie. At launch, scans are available to residents of New York, New Jersey, Florida, and California, with more states following over time.
Joining the waitlist and running your first scan is free. Our referral program ("Skip the Line") moves you up the waitlist when friends join using your link — it carries no cash value and we may change or end it at any time.
Billie is for looking up your own legal record, or that of someone who has given you permission. Please don't use Billie to look up someone else's record without their consent, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
The Billie name, logo, and Legal Wellness Score methodology belong to Billie Systems, Inc. You're welcome to share your own results, but please don't reproduce our branding or scoring methodology elsewhere without permission.
Public records come from courts and government sources that aren't always complete or current. Billie provides your scan "as is," and we can't guarantee that every record is accurate or up to date. Your Legal Wellness Score is a helpful summary, not a legal determination.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Billie isn't liable for decisions made based on your scan results, or for errors in the underlying public records we surface.
You can stop using Billie and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.
If we make a meaningful change to these terms, we'll notify waitlist subscribers by email before it takes effect.
