Billie asks you for sensitive information, so here is exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do.
Results in minutes, not weeks
No credit card to run your first scan
Encrypted in transit and at rest
We don’t sell your information
Your name, date of birth and state. Records are matched on identity, so without these we would hand you someone else's file — which is the exact problem Billie exists to fix.
Past addresses and former names sharpen the match. They are optional, and you can remove them at any time.
Government ID, SSN, biometric or selfie match — entirely your choice. Verifying lets Billie AI rule out records that aren't yours with far more confidence. Skipping it still gets you a scan.
Anything you share is stored in accounts controlled solely by Billie, used only for the purpose you gave it for, and removable at any time.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to employers, not to background check companies.
Billie does not supply reports about you to employers, landlords, lenders or insurers. Your scan is yours.
Billie shows you what is in the public record and connects you with professionals who can advise you about changing it. Changing a court record is a legal process, not a setting.
Occasional updates while we build, and an alert when something changes under your name. Nothing else, and you can turn it off at any time
Being clear about the edges of what we do is part of being trustworthy about the middle.
Billie explains what a record says and whether you may be eligible for something. Everything past that is a hand-off to an independent licensed professional in your state.
No attorney–client relationship is created by running a scan, reading a guide, or using any tool in the Wellness Center.
You choose what to verify, what to act on, and who to contact. You can delete your data whenever you want.
Know what it says — with billie.
